- Digital tasbih with authentic Islamic dhikr (remembrance)
- Complete Quran with verified translations
- Islamic habit tracking and spiritual analytics
- Community features for sharing duas (supplications) and Islamic content
- Jannah (Paradise) visualization based on authentic hadith
2. Islamic Principles & Authenticity
Nawa is built upon Islamic values of authenticity (أصالة), trust (أمانة), and benefit (منفعة). All Islamic content, including Quranic verses, hadith, and prayer times, comes from verified and authentic sources. However, we recommend consulting qualified Islamic scholars for important religious matters, as Nawa is a tool to assist in worship, not a replacement for Islamic education.
3. Eligibility & Account Registration
You must be at least 13 years old to use Nawa. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service. For users under 13, parental consent is required through our verified parental consent process, which includes email verification and additional authentication steps as required by COPPA regulations.
4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use
As a user of Nawa, you agree to:
- Use the app in accordance with Islamic principles and values
- Respect the sanctity of Islamic content and teachings
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
- Report any errors in Islamic content for immediate correction
- Share knowledge and benefits with the Muslim community in a respectful manner

5. Content Authenticity & Prayer Times Disclaimer
We strive to ensure all Islamic content is authentic and properly sourced from verified Islamic authorities. However:
- Prayer times are calculated using astronomical methods and may vary slightly from local mosque timings
- We recommend consulting your local mosque for the most accurate prayer times, especially for Fajr and Maghrib
- While we verify Islamic content with knowledgeable sources, users should consult qualified Islamic scholars for important religious matters
- The Service is provided "as-is" and we disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, though we strive for the highest standards
6. Community Guidelines & Moderation
When using community features, you must:
- Share beneficial Islamic knowledge with proper attribution
- Respect differences of opinion within Islamic jurisprudence
- Avoid sharing unverified or controversial Islamic information
- Maintain proper Islamic etiquette (أدب) in all interactions

Nawa offers premium features through subscription plans managed by RevenueCat:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
- You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
- Pricing varies by plan and region; current pricing is displayed before purchase
- Free trial periods, if offered, will be clearly disclosed before signup
- Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies
- We do not store payment information directly; all transactions are processed by Apple or Google
8. Intellectual Property Rights
The Quran is the word of Allah and belongs to all of humanity. Hadith and Islamic teachings are part of our shared Islamic heritage. However:
- The Nawa app design, features, user interface, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary content
- User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to display and share it within the Service
